A water based personal lubricant is recommended for use with the Silicone Probes in this kiw, while any lubricant can be used with the ABS Plastic tip of the Anal Douche.

At Cinder we have a full-time warehouse team who pick, pack and despatch orders 3 times every weekday from our NZ based warehouse.
All items showing in stock on our website are on our shelves and ready for immediate shipping.
Credit card orders placed before 4pm on a weekday will ship out that same day with NZ Couriers.
A shipping confirmation email including NZ Couriers tracking information will typically be sent within hours of an item shipping.
For example, if you place an order on Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information before the close of business that Tuesday.
All orders ( including sale and clearance items ) qualify for free courier delivery ( including rural delivery addresses ).
Our normal estimated delivery time is between 24-48 hours NZ wide, although your delivery may take an extra day if you are a rural address or place an order during the weekend.
